Ed Edwards

Ed's most recent ENGLAND & SON was staged at the Paines Plough Roundabout at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2023. His previous play THE POLITICAL HISTORY OF SMACK & CRACK also premiered at the Paines Plough Roundabout  at the Ediburgh Fringe Festival, in 2018, before transferring to the Soho Theatre in London. He is developing a television series based on the play. He has written extensively for television dramas such as Brookside, The Bill and Holby City as well as developing an original series for BBC Drama Wales. He has also written five original plays for BBC Radio 4.
