British writer Pete McTighe started his writing career in Australia where he emerged as one of the country’s most exciting young series writers. Pete was lead writer on WENTWORTH PRISON (Fremantle/Channel 5), which has been an international hit and sold to over 80 countries, with his scripts also being translated for German and Dutch remakes. He was a regular writer on EASTENDERS (BBC) and has written on supernatural mystery TATAU (Touchpaper/BBC) and drama/comedy CARA FI (Touchpaper/S4C). He is currently working on a crime thriller pilot for Sky, a thriller for NBC, a supernatural genre show for SyFy and a number of development projects with major broadcasters and indies.
