British writer Pete McTighe began his writing career in Australia where he quickly emerged as one of the country’s most exciting writers. He was the originating writer on WENTWORTH (Fremantle/Foxtel/Channel 5), which has been an international hit and sold to over 150 territories and won dozens of Australian industry awards including Most Outstanding Drama several years in a row. He has been nominated for five Writers Guild Awards. Pete is currently working on the new series of DR WHO (BBC), GLITCH (Netflix) and his own projects. He has developed work with numerous production companies including ITV Studios, BBC Studios, Bad Wolf, Kudos, Drama Republic, Moonage Pictures, Red, Hillbilly, Bonafide Films, Clerkenwell Films, Working Title, Mammoth Screen, NBC-Universal, Heyday Television and Lionsgate.
