Richard Starzak

Richard Starzak (aka "Golly") is an animator, best known for creating and series directing SHAUN THE SHEEP, Aardman Animations' first children's television series which has now sold to over 150 territories worldwide. Golly directed two series of CREATURE COMFORTS, based on the Academy Award winning short film by Nick Park. 

Golly, along with Mark Burton, co-wrote and co-directed the OSCAR and BAFTA nominated SHAUN THE SHEEP MOVIE and exec produced the OSCAR and BAFTA nominated sequel, SHAUN THE SHEEP: FARMAGEDDON.
