Selma Dimitrijevic


Selma is a playwright, director and artistic director of international touring company Greyscale. As a writer, she has been commissioned by companies including 7:84, The Traverse, Bath Theatre Royal, Northern Stage, Dundee Rep and Oran Mor. She specialises in radical adaptations of classic texts, having recently adapted both HEDDA GABLER and DR FRANKENSTEIN, the latter of which enjoyed a successful UK tour and is now being adapted into a film. She is also a librettist and is currently developing a contemporary chamber opera for Aldeburgh 2018 with composer Emily Howard. Selma is represented as a directed by Amanda Howard Associates.
