Bio
Erika is an Executive Producer and Producer across scripted television with experience in both development and production, working closely with showrunners and writers balancing creative excellence with creative ownership. Writers are at the heart of her work, and she has working relationships with established talent, including Paul Unwin, Lucy Gannon, Peter McKenna, Matt Evans, Paul Matthew Thompson, Kelly Jones, Matthew Barry and Kayleigh Llewellyn. She also works with and develops emerging writing talent with a writers room model conceived whilst Series Producer at Casualty, and has introduced successful episodic writers on new and returning series. Her career spans original HETV series, made in the UK and abroad, including The Good Karma Hospital, Dark Money, Frankie, Land Girls, as well as long running retuning series Casualty where she won BAFTA, RTS and NTA Awards during her highly successful tenure. Erika also has established relationships with and extensive knowledge of directors and cast.
