James Hall

James is best known for his work on the BBC's long-running detective series DEATH IN PARADISE, initially as a script/story producer and more recently as the show's lead writer and executive producer. He has written four feature-length Christmas specials and he is co-creator and executive producer of spin-off series RETURN TO PARADISE.

James's other credits as a writer, producer and script editor include HOLBY CITY, DOCTORS, EASTENDERS, EMMERDALE and THE BILL, and his debut feature THE FORGOTTEN was released in 2016.
