Karen is a bold, award winning, creatively ambitious and versatile storyteller who has produced over 50 hours of both scripted and unscripted high-end television. She strives to tell stories in a dynamic and emotionally engaging way whilst striking a balance between achieving high production value; getting the job done; creating opportunities for others to thrive and delivering on budget and on time. She's worked at scale; managed high profile talent; created complex VFX , stunts and builds and shot all over the world. She is a firm believer that if it’s not hard, it’s not worth doing.
