Daniel Audritt


Comedy Writer/Director/Performer Daniel Audritt graduated from the National Film & Television School with a diploma in Writing and Producing Comedy and has since written jokes and sketches for 8 out of 10 CATS DOES COUNTDOWN, MOCK THE WEEK, NEWS QUIZ, DEAD RINGERS and many more.

Dan wrote, co-produced and directed many sketches for the Comic Relief Originals Series, which earned him two LOVIE Awards. The series included the viral hits STEPHEN HAWKING’S NEW VOICE, which aired on BBC One and NBC America, and ANTI-SOCIAL- A MODERN DATING HORROR STORY, which was viewed over 150 million times online.

His films have won awards at international festivals and have been seen by millions of viewers on Facebook and Youtube, and featured on TV shows in the US.

Alongside his writing and filmmaking, he is an award-winning stand up comedian who performs in clubs across the UK and in NYC. He was featured on the Channel 5 show THE FUNNY THING ABOUT…, alongside other comedians including James Acaster, Nish Kumar and Kerry Godliman.

He is currently writing, producing and directing an online sketch show series for Comedy Central UK, entitled MODERN HORROR STORIES, and developing a number of sitcom projects with Kat Butterfield.
