Hannah Bates

Hannah’s plays SANDS and DROPPED were long-listed for The Bruntwood Prize in 2019 and 2022 respectively. She has had short plays performed at Theatre503, The Space, and The Lion and Unicorn. She was selected to be part of The Soho Writer’s Lab in 2020. Hannah also works as a freelance dramaturg, reading for various theatres and playwriting competitions. Hannah is currently working on her TV sample CHIPPED.
