Maud Dromgoole


Maud is a young writer and director who graduated from Cambridge University in 2012. Her play ACORN was produced at the Courtyard Theatre where it received two Offie award nominations. Her latest play ROBERT, URSULA AND RICHARD received a rehearsed reading at the Old Red Lion in October 2017 and was shortlisted for the 2018 Mercury Weinberger Playwriting Prize. Her play MARY’S BABIES will receive a full production at the Jermyn Street Theatre in early 2019 and she continues to develop work with her company Oak Productions. Her play 3 BILLION SECONDS will premiere at the 2019 Vaults Festival. For radio she is writing and developing her own drama podcast POCKET PLAYS and she is also developing her first sitcom pilot and has a couple of short films in various stages of development.
