Steve Box

An Animator, Writer and Director, Steve co-wrote and co-directed the Oscar winning WALLACE & GROMIT: THE CURSE OF THE WERE-RABBIT for Aardman Animations. Steve was the lead writer and series director on MOOMINVALLEY (Gutsy Animations/Sky), based on Tove Jansson’s Moomins, and has recently been directing and developing his original film with Superprod/Netflix.

Early work includes the much-loved children’s claymation series THE TRAP DOOR and the BAFTA award winning short film STAGE FRIGHT, which Steve wrote, directed and produced.
