Vincent Dijkema


Vincent joined the TV industry in 1994 as a production assistant for Endemol. After two years, he joined another Dutch company, K&B Events and Television, where he was a production manager and subsequently a programme developer when it was sold to IdtV, part of All3Media.

In 2005, he set up his own company, Screenyard, which in 2007 secured a first look deal with Talpa. After six months, he became a freelance senior creative for Talpa, and in 2008 joined as senior creative in the content department where he co-developed The Voice and I love my country, as well as many other formats.

Vincent jointed the BBC in 2013 as a Programme Format Consultant.
