Bio
Jon is a highly experienced scripted comedy Producer, Executive Producer, BAFTA-nominated Director/Producer and occasional writer, responsible for many popular and award-winning shows and series. He has worked closely with many of the most celebrated writers and performers in British comedy of the last few decades, as well as collaborating with new and emerging talent in the UK and beyond with a particular focus on unheard voices.
He spent ten years as the Managing Director of Fremantle UK’s Scripted Comedy labels, Hare and Tortoise and Retort, and was formerly a Commissioning Editor for Comedy at the BBC responsible for the Nations and Regions. He now runs his own Edinburgh-based Indie, North Bridge Media.
